Where can I find product dimensions and materials?
Check the individual product page for its measurements, material, available colors and care information. If a detail is missing, please contact us before placing an order.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$150 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and import charges. We currently do not offer shipping for orders below this minimum. Available destinations and final eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
Which currency does the store use?
USD is our base currency. Any available local-currency pricing is shown for your selected market. Checkout shows the final charge currency and amount before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion fees.
How should I care for my scarf?
Always follow the care label supplied with the product. You can also read our general product care guide for handling and storage tips.
Can I change an order?
Contact us with your order number and the change you would like to make as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm whether the change is possible. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights.
How long does delivery take?
Our current estimated delivery time is 14 days to one month from payment, including preparation and transit. This is not a guaranteed or express service; destination, carrier availability, holidays and customs can affect it. Email customer care with your order number for an update.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
You are responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges required by your destination, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Taxes we are required to collect at checkout are shown there. Free shipping does not include these additional charges. Please contact us if you are asked to pay the same tax twice.
How do I request a return?
Email customer care within 10 days after delivery for a change-of-mind return under our voluntary policy. You pay the direct return shipping cost to our return address in Nanchang, China. Contact us before posting for the return reference and any additional addressing details. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected, including EU or UK cancellation rights to notify us within 14 days of delivery of the last item and send the goods back within 14 days after that notice. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately under applicable law.
How can I send a withdrawal notice?
Email austindon0422@gmail.com with your name, order number, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the purchase. A valid statutory withdrawal notice does not require prior approval. We issue any refund due within the applicable legal deadline, to the original payment method.
